Supernova Run 2027

Get your glowsticks ready for a feel-good 5K!

The Supernova 5k, set among Andy Scott’s mythical sculptures and through Helix Park, is an event for the whole family. Grab the glowsticks and take on the course at your own pace, and soak up the atmosphere at one of the most relaxed and friendly 5k's around.

"I returned to running in August 2024 and was encouraged by my niece Julia. We ran the Glasgow 10k in October 2024 together and after that run we booked the Supernova Kelpies 5K. Julia inspires me and is happy to run at my (slow) pace. I wanted to make the run meaningful and was happy to try and make money for Age Scotland, a worthy cause. "
