Summer 2026 has been dubbed the ‘Summer of Sport’, and Scotland is buzzing with excitement!

Why not turn your sporting spirit into something meaningful by fundraising for Age Scotland?

Summer is the ideal time to start exercising because of longer days, warmer weather, and increased sunshine, which can boost our energy and motivation. Throw some fundraising in the mix, and your summer can have even more of a positive impact.

From sports quizzes and football matches to hosting your own mini Commonwealth Games, we have plenty of useful tips and sport-themed ideas to help you fundraise and make a difference to the lives of older people.
