The Community Connecting Service aims to tackle loneliness and isolation directly by connecting older people in Scotland with organisations that offer friendship, social activities, health and fitness groups, and events available in their local area.

We are currently updating our database of groups and organisations across each of Scotland’s 32 council areas. If you would like us to refer potential new members to your group or organisation, please complete the form below.

Our aim is to keep all the Community Connecting information as up to date as possible. We will contact you annually to enquire whether any of your details have changed, however if you wish to inform us of any changes, or require your information to be removed from either our information sources, please do so at any time.
