Open Workshop Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payments:

-          All workshop dates are subject to availability.

Attendees and Content:

-          All participants must be registered and pre-booked with Age Scotland.

-          Workshop content and joining instructions will be provided to attendees prior to the workshop.

-          Age Scotland reserves the right to change speakers or content at short notice if necessary.

-          Recording and/or distributing the workshop in any form is strictly prohibited. 

-          Age Scotland will never share delegate information with third parties and holds all personal data in line with GDPR regulations.

Cancellations:

-          As a charity, Age Scotland must cover the costs associated with delivering events. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds except in extenuating circumstances, in which case an administration fee would be applied. Please contact the training team at workshops@agescotland.org.uk to discuss.

-          Age Scotland reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops in extenuating circumstances, including under-subscription. In such cases, alternative dates will be offered, or a refund will be provided.

Postponements:

-          If an individual requests to reschedule their place more than 14 days in advance, Age Scotland will transfer them to another workshop where possible.  Attendees can only be rescheduled once.

-          If an individual decides they are unable to attend any of Age Scotland’s proposed workshop dates, no refund will be given.

-          Refunds or discounts will not be provided for attendees who arrive late, leave early, or do not attend the session.
