Every Connection Matters

Scottish Water and Age Scotland, the Scottish charity for older people, are here to help you when you need us most.

Welcome to our Stay Connected Hub, providing information and advice to help you stay connected - in more ways than one!

From keeping you connected to your water supply to keeping you connected with others in your community, we’re here to help.

Our most valuable natural resource

Scotland’s water is one of our most valuable natural resources. And just like the network of pipes beneath our feet, it’s part of a much bigger picture—connecting homes, communities, and people across the country.

The Priority Services Register

Scottish Water offers extra help, free of charge, to people who need extra support through the Priority Services Register (PSR). The service is designed to assist those living with a disability, people who require water for medication, or anyone with additional language or communication needs.

  • Extra time to answer the door with the Knock and Wait scheme
  • Nominated contact / Password
  • Bottled water during any interruption to the supply
  • Communication in a way that suits you best

It’s free, confidential, and only takes a few minutes
