While there’s no obligation to leave a gift to Age Scotland in your Will, your legacy can make a lasting impact. By remembering us in your Will, you help ensure we can continue supporting older people across Scotland for generations to come. There is no charge to include a gift to Age Scotland in your Will.

Your gift could help us:

  • Tackle loneliness and isolation through our Friendship Services
  • Support local community groups that bring older people together
  • Advocate for older people’s rights and ensure their voices are heard in decisions that affect them

Most free Will writing services cover basic Wills. If your Will is more complex, MyIntent & Thomas Bradley & Co. may identify areas where additional legal work may be required. They will only recommend extra services when necessary to protect the people and causes you care about. Should you choose to proceed, they’ll provide an estimate for the additional work, and you’ll still save money by only paying for services beyond the free Will. If you choose to add any additional services, such as Power of Attorney with Thomas Bradley & Co., they will make a small donation to Age Scotland.

Choosing a Will writing provider

Who you choose to write your Will with is entirely up to you. You're welcome to use one of our partners or any Will writer or solicitor you feel comfortable with. You can find a qualified solicitor in your area through the Law Society of Scotland’s online directory, and it's always worthwhile asking for references from your chosen Will writer.
