Free Wills Month

March and October are commonly known as free Wills months. Age Scotland is pleased to offer two free Will writing services to help you plan for the future, all year round.

Through our partnerships with MyIntent by Bequeathed and Thomas Bradley & Co, you can choose the option that best suits your needs, whether you prefer the convenience of online access or the reassurance of speaking to someone directly.  There's no need to start the process in March or October; these services are available all year round.

If you’d prefer to prepare your Will with direct support over the phone or in-person, our partners Thomas Bradley & Co offer:

• Face to face appointments. 

• Telephone appointments at a time convenient to you. 
• Option to add on additional legal services such as Power of Attorney and Life Trusts. Please note that additional services will incur a cost.
