Leadership

Woman presenting to office

Managers now need to manage up to five generations in the workplace, which can be challenging, although studies agree that a generationally diverse workforce improves organisational performance including improved decision making, increased revenue and lower turnover.

According to a study, carried out by The Centre for Aging Better, ageism is the most widespread discrimination in the UK. Both conscious and unconscious bias can inform the working environment for older people, sometimes leading to unplanned attrition and the loss of valuable knowledge and expertise.

We are experts in both ageing and workplace training and have created the Age Inclusion for Managers  workshop, aimed at workplace leaders and people-managers to develop their skills in recruiting, managing and retaining intergenerational teams.
