Help with your Power of Attorney

A Power of Attorney (or PoA) is a legal document giving someone permission to manage your finances and/or welfare when you can no longer do it yourself. This could be a spouse, family member, friend, or someone else you trust to make decisions about your care, savings, property, and other issues.

As well as discussing key issues such as who to appoint as your attorney and the different powers you’ll give them, Lindsays will take you through all the steps of drafting and registering the document in Scotland.
