Put your running shoes on and register for the 2026 Edinburgh Marathon to fundraise for Age Scotland.

Test your limits and help older people in Scotland by participating in next year’s marathon in Edinburgh. However, if you would prefer a shorter distance you can choose to participate in the half-marathon.

Why run for Age Scotland?

Across Scotland, over 100,000 people over 65 experience chronic loneliness. That's an average of one older person on every street across Scotland.

By helping us raise funds, you are allowing us to make more Friendship Calls and support older people through our Helpline with benefit entitlements, housing. and free Will writing services.
