The Big Survey 2025
Do you feel valued by society? What do you think the next Scottish Government’s priorities for older people should be?
The Big Survey is the largest of its kind in Scotland and explores a wide range of issues facing people over the age of 50, including how you feel about your health and wellbeing, access to vital services, navigating the increasing cost of living, using technology, any experiences of ageism, the workplace, your home and community, scams, and your plans for the future.
This is our third edition of The Big Survey since it was launched in 2021, and it will help tell us more about how people’s lives have changed over the last few years.
The findings help inform and influence government, politicians, policy makers, and the media. It helps shape Age Scotland’s work and priorities.
The Big Survey closed on 31 December 2025. It will be published in early 2026.
